A child’s primary occupation is to play. The staff at My Pediatric OT Services has a strong focus on "play" and helping a child to develop play skills leads to further attainment of motor skills, cognitive abilities, executive functioning, socialization, and visual perception.

It is through play that we are able to facilitate engagement in more challenging tasks and embed additional therapy modalities to increase a child’s engagement and build their resilience and frustration tolerance.

We are experienced in the floor time model.
