Mary Hurley
Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed, Coordinated Early Intervening Services
Mary has been an occupational therapist for over 30 years, providing quality OT services to children.
She is a graduate of Sargent College at Boston University. Prior to opening this private practice in 2008, Mary worked as an Occupational Therapist/Early Intervention Specialist and then also spent time working per diem at Spaulding pediatric outpatient clinic in Wellesley. When her own two children were younger she spent seven years working for the Norton Public Schools. She is certified in iLS, SOS Feeding techniques, Handwriting Without Tears and ARFID training. She is also very experienced in the delivery of NDT techniques as well as Floor-time techniques and the use of the Zones of Regulation and Social Thinking curriculum.
Mary says that her love for helping children and their caregivers combined with dedication to providing much needed occupational therapy services in her community drove the desire and success related to starting her own practice. This is truly the most rewarding career she could ever have imagined!
Mary’s favorite past time outside of work include reading, kayaking, hanging out at Lake Winnipesaukee with her husband and children and playing with her two grandchildren.
Her favorite desert is dark chocolate everything! 🍫
